MACS Plasterboards have been busy winning new projects in the Home Counties and greater London. Highlights of this new work includes:

  • FAIRVIEW NEW HOMES

Phoenix Avenue in Poplar, East London is a 143 one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartment development located adjacent to Limehouse Cut Canal.

MACS were awarded the contract for Dry Lining package works.

 

  • HILL PARTNERSHIP

Mosaics is the initial phase of the impressive Barton Park development by Hill Partnership, Grosvenor and the Oxford City Council. The first phase comprises a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom houses. The project site is close to Oxford city centre.

MACS were awarded the SFS and Dry Lining package works.

 

  • HILL PARTNERSHIP

Reynard Mills is an exciting new development of three and four-bedroom family houses, mews houses and spacious apartments. built on an old BBC industrial estate in Brentford, West London. The project is a mixed tenure development.

MACS were awarded the contract for SFS and Dry Lining package works for 72 units.

 

  • WESTON HOMES

The Elms at Mountnessing is a collection of 85 two, three and four-

bedroom houses and six one and two-bedroom apartments located in

Mountnessing, three miles from Brentwood, Essex. All units have high

specs and will be finished to exacting standards.

MACS were awarded the Rendering and Dry Lining package works.

 

  • WESTON HOMES

The Gables development is situated in Peterborough and its highlight will be a

fully restored and converted Grade II Listed building, formerly a maternity

hospital in 1947 until 1970, when it became a Psychiatric day centre. The

sprawling building will be converted into just nine, one and two bedroom

apartments, including one duplex. The two storey building will feature spacious

modern homes which range from 535 sq. ft. to 1,508 sq. ft.

MACS were awarded the contract for Dry Lining, Screeding and specialist Plaster finishes works for this prestigious project.

 

  • HONESTY GROUP

The Honesty Group is a new type of business whose aim is to be simple and

honest about food, what’s in it, where it comes from and how it is cooked.

Making profit is important to Honesty, but not at the expense of its principles. The Honesty Bakery is situated in Greenham, between Newbury and Basingstoke, where they are baking seven days a week.

MACS were awarded the contract to provide a complete internal fit-out for the wholesale bakery.

 

  • ABBEY NEW HOMES

Abbey New Homes are developing an offering of attractive two, three and four-bedroom houses at Berryfields, a sought-after residential address near Aylesbury, and popular with singles, couples, growing families and active empty-nesters.

MACS were awarded the contract to provide the Dry Lining and Rendering works for 81 units.

 

  • ABBEY NEW HOMES

The Hartwell Place development, located in the Vale of Aylesbury, at the foot of the Chilterns, is a mixed collection of four bedroom homes, The site is less than three miles south of Aylesbury town centre.

MACS were awarded the contract to provide the Dry Lining and Rendering works for 24 units.
